The Absolwent Extra Competition aims to promote outstanding graduates of individual faculties of the University of Zielona Góra. By presenting their profiles, achievements, competences and potential, the competition provides them with an opportunity to showcase themselves more effectively to employers, build their potential for the future and gain a stronger start to their professional careers.

We warmly invite outstanding graduates to participate in the next edition of the competition. Eligible participants are graduates of the University of Zielona Góra who completed, in the 2025/2026 academic year, a first-cycle or second-cycle degree programme, or a long-cycle Master’s degree programme.

Applications will be accepted until 15 September 2026. The complete set of documents may be: submitted in person to the secretariat of the faculty from which the participant graduated; or sent by post or courier to: University of Zielona Góra, 9 Licealna Street, 65-417 Zielona Góra. Please mark the envelope: “Absolwent Extra Competition – Faculty ...............”

For an application to be complete, it must include:

• a duly completed application form;
• a description of the candidate’s profile;
• documents or certificates confirming the achievements indicated in the application form, in accordance with the assessment criteria specified in Appendix No. 2 to the regulations of the Absolwent Extra Competition;
• signed consents for the processing of personal data (Appendix No. 3, Parts A and B);
• an opinion (or opinions) prepared by a research-and-teaching, research or teaching staff member of the University of Zielona Góra, or by a representative of an external entity relevant to the participant’s achievements.
