Student check-in at the University of Zielona Góra student residence halls for the 2026/2027 academic year will take place on the following dates:
Campus A (Piast Hall of Residence, Rzepicha Hall of Residence, Ziemowit Hall of Residence, SBM Hall of Residence)
28 September – 2 October 2026 (Monday–Friday), 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
3–4 October 2026 (Saturday–Sunday), 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
5–9 October 2026 (Monday–Friday), 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
10 October 2026 (Saturday), 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Campus B (Wcześniak Hall of Residence, Vicewersal Hall of Residence)
28 September 2026 (Monday) – NO CHECK-IN
29 September 2026 (Tuesday), 1:00–5:00 p.m.
30 September – 2 October 2026 (Wednesday–Friday), 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
3–4 October 2026 (Saturday–Sunday), 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
5–9 October 2026 (Monday–Friday), 8:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
10 October 2026 (Saturday), 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Check-in will be conducted by the Heads of the Halls of Residence.
Outside the designated hours, residents’ councils will provide temporary check-in assistance in exceptional circumstances.
When checking in, students must present: a valid identity card and proof of payment of the PLN 700.00 security deposit.
