All the programmes of study at UZ are consistent with the principles of the flexible system of education and based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). Thus, our students can complete part of their studies at other universities in Poland and abroad.
Postgraduate and undergraduate students can take part in the Erasmus+ programme funded by the European Union. Within the programme, our students can study for one or two semesters as well as serve their internships in companies and institutions abroad.
People with disabilities or those who are in a hard financial situation can obtain additional financial support. What is more, the programme also funds the so-called double degree trips (to Germany, Lithuania and Ukraine).
Our university cooperates with nearly 160 partners from Europe and the whole world. Every year, as part of the international exchange programme, UZ hosts students of various nationalities from all over the world. The detailed offer of the programme is available at: www.erasmus.uz.zgora.pl.
Do not worry about anything during your stay abroad, you are not alone! There is the “Welcome to UZ” Welcome Center that will help you with formalities, adaptation and other matters connected with your life in Poland and studies at our university. You can count on our coordinators throughout your stay.
